Changeover day is from Sunday to Sunday in winter, There is more flexibility during the summer months. Clients must depart by 10am and arrive not before 4pm, unless by prior arrangement

There will be an extra charge of 50 euros for arrivals after 8pm and departures before 8am

Linen and towels are included and beds made for your arrival

After-stay cleaning and laundry is included, however, we please ask our clients to be respectful and leave the apartment clean and tidy with all beds stripped of the linen

• Clients must be aware that after 10pm, they should be courteous to their neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level
• An English cheque for £150 is required at the same time as final payment. This must be a separate cheque made payable to "Mrs Polly Evennett". This cheque will not be paid in, but held and returned to you when the apartment has been checked and keys and parking voucher returned. It will be returned to you within two weeks of your return home, providing the apartment is left satisfactorily
• It is a non-smoking apartment, however, smoking is allowed outside on the balcony. Please be courteous and close the door when smoking outside
• Ski school, ski hire, lift passes and activities (summer and winter) can be pre-booked by arrangement at a supplementary cost of 15 euros per person for the complete package, please contact us for further information
• Childcare equipment; cots, high chairs etc. may be rented from Alps in Style for 10 euros per item

Morillon 1100 'Les Esserts' has a supermarket, restaurants, shops and a Tourist Office. The nearby villages of Morillon and Samoëns offer a greater selection of shops and also weekly markets. There is a buzz of activity all year round in the valley, perfect for both winter and summer holidays.

In winter, the apartment is superbly situated only 10 metres from the lifts in the snow sure area of the Grand Massif with 265 kms of skiing.
