Summer: Tonic for the Soul

Summer: Tonic for the Soul

In summer, Alps in Style offers you a bespoke experience, tailoring your holiday to your specific wishes. We can pre-book activities and suggest itineraries, drive you around and assist you or you may wish to discover the surroundings independently at your own pace.

Chalet Esprit is our flagship chalet and it sits in an enviable position in a tranquil, private corner surrounded by natural woodland and a large garden. Our selection of privately owned Self-Catered Apartments suit smaller group sizes and budgets, ranging from 2 to 8 people. All accommodation is very centrally located only 480 metres to the Telecabine and Morillon town centre, so in the summer these can be easily reached to go for mountain strolls or even mountain biking!

Better known for its snow-capped peaks, the Alps come alive with flowers and transform into a tranquil haven in summer. The Alps provide a serene backdrop and enough variety of mountain action to suit everybody’s needs – why not come and take some time out?

The whole area is a paradise for explorers of all abilities, whether you are a family, a group of friends or a couple. With marked trails for walkers and climbers of every length and difficulty, you could go for days. If you don’t want to follow marked tracks, or for those who prefer map and compass work, you can venture off and explore the area at leisure. Horse riding along Le Vallée Giffre is available and the nearby lakes and rivers offer superb fishing and an array of leisure activities such as high ropes courses and woodland playgrounds for all ages. Or why not just relax, sunbathe and swim? If you like to play golf, why not try one of the fantastic championship courses on offer in the Haute-Savoie.

For the more adventurous there are endless and varied mountain bike trails, white water rafting, via ferrata and canoeing or if you fancy something different then try parapenting – a more tranquil way to view the mountains.
