Our Self Catered Services

•    Changeover day is either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday dependant on the property and season, so please make sure you ckeck. There can be some flexibility during the summer months, please enquire if you are looking for non Saturday arrivals and departures. There are home cooked delivery services, please enquire for further information.

•    Linen and towels are included with Chalet Elise but beds are not made up.  For Apartment Exige, a 10€ laundry charge per person is required on arrival. Fresh linen is supplied but beds are not made up.

•    We will ensure that all accommodation is ready for 4pm on the day of arrival. We ask guests to vacate their accommodation NO LATER THAN 10am on the day of departure. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please ask us in advance as this may be a possibility. There will be a charge of 50€ for delays in leaving your property.

•    There will be an extra charge of 30 euro for arrivals after 9pm and departures before 7am

•    After-stay cleaning and laundry is included, however, we please ask our clients to be respectful and leave the apartment/chalets clean and tidy with all beds stripped of the linen (not mattress and pillow protectors) and all rubbish emptied

•    Guests must be aware that after 10pm, they should be courteous to their neighbours and keep noise to a respectful level

•    To confirm your booking, a deposit payment must be paid for Chalets’ Esprit, Chalet Elise and Apartment Exige

Chalet Esprit and Elise  – 500 euro

Apartment Exige - 200 euro

•    At the same time we ask for a security deposit payment to be made for the amounts below. This must be a separate cheque/payment

Providing the accommodation is left to our satisfaction, all security deposits will be returned to you within two weeks of your return home. The UK cheque will not be paid in, but held and returned to you when the apartment has been checked and keys returned. For all Euro payments, a refund will be re-credited to your account after your return, as above. If the property is not ledft in an acceptable state, an additional cleaning cahrge of 40€/hour will be charged.

Chalet Esprit   – 500 euro

Chalet Elise - 300 euro

Apartment Exige - 150 euro

•    All our accommodation are non-smoking, however, smoking is allowed outside the premises. Please be courteous, close the door when smoking outside and use the ashtrays provided. Smoking is prohibited anywhere near the hot tub or swimming pool areas

•    Ski school, ski hire, lift passes and all activities (summer and winter) can be pre-booked by arrangement at a supplementary cost of 15€ per group, please contact us for further information and prices

•    Childcare equipment; cots, high chairs etc. may be rented from Alps in Style for 10€ per item

•    Easily accessible from Geneva airport just over an hour away with private transfers available, and only an 8hr drive from Calais!
