French Language Services and Teaching Courses

Toni is an experienced French (and Spanish) speaker who is qualified and able to assist in all linguistic areas; Translations, phone calls, moving house, legal requirements and teaching. Having lived and worked in France for 6 years, she is accustomed to the French ways and already has many useful contacts and experiences.

Translation service - French to English and English to French. Toni also helps make those difficult phone calls, for example setting up a telephone line. It is also possible to accompany you to meetings with banks, accountants etc, to help with any misunderstood conversation.

Language lessons - If a group of children are all working at different levels, it is difficult to tailor make a particular package, so ‘French for Fun’, is an interactive, treasure-hunt-style course that caters for everyone. On the other hand, if there is only one or two individuals who are working towards an exam or wish to go over a particular aspect of the language then courses can be tailor-made to focus on such requests (children will have to provide their own learning resources).

The focus of our summer courses in French is on communication; however developing the understanding and production of language already acquired and improving particular language skills are also covered. At all levels, from complete beginner to the more advanced learner, she will concentrate on the maximum production of French language.
