The best-kept secrets of the Alps come out of hiding in the summer. You can bask in glorious sunshine as you take in the lush green meadows, snow-capped peaks, sparkling rivers and truly amazing activities for children of all ages. The temperatures are pleasant with dry, sunny days averaging around 25?c/30?c, so great long sunny days to play in.

Family weeks with Alps in Style allow you to take advantage of our flexibility; you dictate the pace, we plan the itineraries! If you are more independently minded, we're happy to just offer our exceptional service and warm welcome. You can do as many or as few activities as you like, mornings, afternoons or both! If you would prefer to do nothing, there are plenty of places to relax and take it easy. There are also plenty of non-sporting options including cultural excursions, painting or just sitting in our garden reading a book and relaxing while your children play in our paddling pool or kick a ball around - that's if they are not off exploring in our private woodland and building dens!

With a personal in-house babysitting childcare service and plenty of child-friendly space and equipment, you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The chalet will serve as a home from home for you while you are here, offering you all the comforts of home but with the services of a hotel.

Le Lac Bleu and the Indiana Parc High Rope Trails, Morillon

Le Lac Bleu is located 500 metres from the chalet and the centre of Morillon on the banks of the river Giffre. There is something for everyone, whether you want to sit on the beach or under the trees watching your children play on the sand or in the lake while you take in the atmosphere of the mountains, or partake in one of many of the lakeside activities. There is never a dull moment with this much choice; swimming in the lake, playing on the beach, mini-golf, tennis, volleyball, fishing, high ropes courses, play parks, trampolining and horse riding. Families can walk around the lake or in the woods alongside the river - whatever your taste, Le Lac Bleu is the ideal starting point.

Indiana Parc is a young explorer's dream. Climbing up ladders, running along footbridges or swinging through the trees on jungle vines, flying down death slides, you will be kept busy for hours playing in complete safety surrounded by beautiful woodland. There are trails from 2 years up to fully grown adults and you will soon become addicted!

Le Parc du Merlet, Mégève

Le Parc du Merlet is a 25 hectare animal park that offers spectacular views and all the animals you normally find on the mountain, (if you haven't already seen them on your walks!). From the big-horned Ibex to the shy Chamois and rare Mouflon, this park is a must for children and adults alike. Mégève is also a beautiful town to walk around and there are beautiful spots for al fresco picnics.

Le Cité de l'Eau, Geneva

A unique water park on the boarders of Le Lac Léman, catering for old and young water enthusiasts alike. Go and play for a day in the diving pool, 100 metre giant water slide, children's pool with champion spa pool, 2 Jacuzzis and ample poolside relaxation zones. If you don't fancy swimming or fooling around in the water, then why not work out in the gym or relax in the saunas while your children are carefully watched over at all times by fully qualified life savers (we do not recommend leaving your children unattended unless they are of a suitable age and you are happy to do so).
