Booking your Holiday

To check availability and prices for your preferred dates, either go to the Availability section on our website, call us on either +33 6 30 54 70 32 or +33 4 50 90 31 10, or email info@alpsinstyle.com.

When you decide to confirm your reservation, please send your completed Booking Form, deposits and insurance premiums, where applicable, by return. Your booking will only be secured once we have received your deposits.

For all our holidays, final payment of the balance (and lift passes in winter) is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking within 11 weeks of the date of arrival, full payment should be made at the time of booking.

Payment

We accept the following for Chalet’s Esprit & Exige:

• Credit Cards– the payment will be charged in euros. We only accept Visa/ VIsa Debit or MasterCard and there is no charge for this service
• Euro cheque– made payable to “Alps in Style”
• Euro cheque – For Chalet La Chouette payments only. Payable to “Mr Andrew Scott”. Euro payment are also accepted by an International Bank Transfer
• International Bank Transfer– we will send French bank details on request
• GBP cheque – For Apartment 31, Criou II payments only. Payable to “Mrs Polly Evennett”. Euro payment are also accepted by the above methods

Special Requests 

If you have a special request or dietary requirement please clearly note it on your Booking Form or if after booking, make it in writing to Alps in Style as soon as possible. When filling out our Booking Form, please fill in as much detail as possible. We can always add information at a later stage. Your Booking Form can be printed off and posted to us, or you can scan it in and email it back to us.

We cater for those who have specialised dietary requirements, be it gluten-free, diabetic, dairy-free, no red meat, no fish, lactose-intolerant, allergies, vegetarian and more! Our bedding is all hypo-allergenic and our bed mattresses are Sealy Anniversary Posturepaedic 6ft 6 Super King zip ‘n’ link divans. We regret that we are not able to accommodate wheelchair users.

If you are in any doubt about anything, big or small please ask us. I was once told, “If you don’t ask, you don’t get, but if you do ask and you do get it, you will be a far happier person!” If we are able to cater for it we will, if it is at an extra cost we will inform you, if we cannot do it we will do our utmost to find someone who will.
