How to Book

Please log onto to our website, telephone, or email to check availability on your preferred dates. Should you decide to confirm your reservation, please send your completed booking form, deposits and insurance premiums, where applicable, by return. Your booking will be secured once we have received your deposits and issued a confirmation invoice. Final payment of the balance of the holiday and of any lift passes or ski school/ nursery deposits are payable no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. If you are booking within 11 weeks of the date of departure, full payment should be made at the time of booking.

Special Requests

If you have a special request or dietary requirement please clearly note it on your Booking Form or if after booking, make it in writing to ourselves. You can download a copy of our Booking Form and then print it off, or if you are unable to do this, please contact us and we will put a Booking Form in the post to you.

We cater for those who may need a gluten free, dairy free, no red meat, no fish, lactose intolerant, nut allergy and of course vegetarian diet! Our bedding is all hypoallergenic and feather free and our beds/ mattresses are Sealy Posturepaedic 6ft 6 Super King zip ‘n’ link divans.
