You enter the apartment into the dedicated boot room with boot warmer.

Ground Floor, there is the large living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, state of the art induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area has a round table with 6 chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed which can be either a luxurious king size or a generous single and the other is a queen size double. There is also a coffee table and LCD TV/ DVD. Off lounge/dining area there is a hall with the additional shower room, with shower, wash hand basin and WC, cupboard and extra hanging.

On the first floor, the 2 bedrooms both have large luxury beds that can be either super-king size for exceptional comfort or two generous singles (a third single bed can be added if required). There is plenty of hanging and storage in both bedrooms with wardrobes and chest of drawers. The en-suite bathrooms are beautifully fitted with bath, overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
