You enter the apartment into the newly fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, state-of-the-art induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area has a round table with 6 chairs.

The lounge area has a large sofa bed that can be either a luxurious king size or two generous singles. There is also a coffee table and LCD TV/DVD. A door separates the lounge area from the hall, which houses a cupboard and extra hanging space.

Off the hall, the 2 bedrooms both have large luxury beds which can be either super-king size for exceptional comfort or two generous singles. There is plenty of hanging and storage in both bedrooms with wardrobes and chest of drawers. They also share a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, hand basin, WC, hairdryer and heated towel rail. There is ample parking outside.
